Baby Back Ribs in Sweet Chili Sauce

This is my new favorite way to make ribs :)  I made some for my niece's birthday party and they were a huge hit!

Recipe:
5lbs of baby back ribs
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
paprika
1 cup of Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce

In an oven save baking dish, add season ribs on both sides with salt, pepper and paprika.  Cover baking dish with tin foil securely and bake for 4.5 hours at 275 degrees.  

Remove baking dish from oven and take off foil.  Brush the sweet chili sauce on with a brush.  Broil on high for about 5-10 minutes.  Make sure you watch the ribs because you don't want to burn it but a nice carmelized glaze.

Serve!
