Shoe Fettish

I have a serious shoe addiction.  In the past 4 weeks, as a reward for working such crazy, long hours, I bought myself a few pairs of shoes.

Asics Gel-Kayanos - needed a new pair because I logged in about 750 miles on them already.  Got them for $49 at Nordstrom Rack!

My leopard flats had a hole on the soles because I wore them everywhere and I needed to replace them. Unfortunately, the pair I love so  much were not on sale anywhere and I decided to get these Me Too flats from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.  They fit perfect (true to size) and I can probably wear them through the winter and spring time. Best thing is they were also on sale for $59 & I had a $50 gift card that I was saving up for something.

I also needed some new boots for when I go from work to school in the rain.  Bought these awesome Frye Veronica Shorties.  Also bought at anniversary sale.

I think I really, really went bananas because I ended up buying two more pair of boots at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.  They are similar but one is more casual and the other is a bit more dressy. The Clarks are super comfortable and I can even wear them without pain at work.  The Aldos I have only worn when I don't have any appointments out in the factory at work.  They aren't as comfortable as the Clarks.

Other than a new pair of nude & black flats, I won't be needing any shoes until next spring/summer.

Just a small treat

I finished my last final of the quarter & am not taking summer courses.  Decided to celebrate by buying these lovely shoes.  Am hunting for the sold black pair but for now these will do for summer time.

Life....

Is so freaking hectic right now.  My only goal for the foreseeable future is to get my BA completed and done.  I've put this off long enough and it's time to put it behind me.  With that said, I'm spending so much time studying & not much else.  I keep repeating to myself that if I give up stuff now, the rewards will make up for it.  Like, today, I am not going to any Superbowl parties because I have 2 midterms coming up and I need to get my A game on.  And, you all know I love football!

The sacrifice will be worth it in about a year and a half.
